Built in 1904 with decades between add-ons.
What an interesting little house. From plumbing to roof it has challenges from different eras of building and diy add-ons. Very interesting to say the least. Working on the bathroom ATM, and just the fact that the wall is studded at 30" in the bays with true 2"x6" studs is very different. I mean... (edited) read more
