How a resident cannot ask a Nurse for their meds because the Nurse has an attitude. As if the patient is afraid of a healthcare worker or something. Smh. They had to whisper to me their request for meds because they felt like they couldn't ask the Nurse. 😢💔

When a coworker has a problem woth something you do they should just talk to you. I know I haven't been a reanable person in past jobs, but this job I really stepped it up and have taken constructive criticism well. Threat or Not a threat?
I don't know about anyone else but I think if someone's suggesting you work less hours at your job, while mentioning your inability to commit to scheduled shifts, it's considered a threat.
