Question

Finally feeling a tiny bit better, did a couple hours of work and went grocery shopping but both took so much out of me.
Found out it was a really bad sinus infection 😞
Should have went with my gut weeks ago 
Have a few other things going on and have to stop doing keto and get some more tests 😞 
I appreciate everyone checking in 😊

Its good that you feel a bit better. How long have you been on keto? A few weeks ago I got food poisoned and probably something else happened too and ended up with fever for a few days and coughing and got cold for 3 weeks.

Something was in the air, but certainly that was not love!
