I binge-read Fables during Covid. Let me tell you, it's a total game-changer. The way they take these classic fairy tales and give them a dark, modern twist is insane. I was hooked from the start! I found Fables at a low point in my life. I needed an escape from all the misery covid was piling up in my life. Finding no willpower to read another fantasy series, I decided to search for a fantasy comics. I found a gem, must say. The plot is like a rollercoaster. There's always something new happening, and you never know who to trust. The twists and turns are mind-blowing. And don't even get me started on the artwork. It's top-notch. Every panel is a masterpiece. It If you're into fantasy, mystery, or just good storytelling, Fables is a must-read. I'm definitely going to reread it again soon. Anyone else down for a coread?

Indeed it's a great comic published by Vertigo. Very smart and creative how they used so many public domain characters form fairytales and updated them to a quite realistic way but in the same time fantastic. From chapter to chapter are great twists and surprises that keeps you captivated. And I enjoyed how so different the personalities and traits of many general known characters received: Snow-white, the big bad wolf, Gepeto, Cinderella (she reminded me of black widow from Marvel).
