I really think that it’s important that people focus on working on saying something when they feel a concern or discomfort to others. A lot of people find it hard to make their voices being heard for fear of judgment, being misunderstood, etc.. Let that no longer be an excuse; work on it. 💛😊

You deserve to feel free from the mental and emotional prison that you and others help build.

If someone uses the excuse that they aren't on here very often and suggest a texting app or email I tell them "If you have your app settings set up to receive notifications that makes communication here just like texting." If they push the issue after that then it's a 🚩 and they deserve for me to block them. Sorry not sorry.
