For you, it's "No contact" days. For them it's just another regular days. So no, no contact days don't make them feel punished, not at all. That "No contact" is exist to protect you, not to punish them.

Going from no/little human contact (especially during a life restructure), to being on Boo talking to strangers, answering and asking questions.... Feels like a full contact sport🚩
