I don't really use cycling apps anymore. All my routes have been recorded. But when I did.... I used a 3-activity tracker. Caynax is pretty accurate. Plus, it works offline. Though I did recently get flat pedal shoes. So, I suppose it's time to get one again. Obviously, I won't go for a 1-activity tracker. This is my road bike. Originally Raleigh. I've replaced and installed every part I could. Continental all-weather tires and continental tubes. Rack and two folding baskets in the back. It can go 30mph now but. I haven't actually riden it at max. So, I don't know how fast it can really go. I've never been curious enough to care. I beat most people in my area. Plus, in NYC.... There is always a bump somewhere. Go too fast and you will hit something. Me and it have been hit by cars about 3 times over the years. It's never been badly damaged.
