What do you love the most about Working out?

I do weightlifting and treadmill. I love the effort it takes to lift heavy. No mirror, no flexing, just the raw effort and determination. Feels so good afterwards. Like you actually do something for your body , health and longevity. What is your favorite part of working out?

How do people sleep on their back

It's not biologically possible, if someone says he does it he's either lying or delusional. I tried to sleep on my back, first time I went to dream land on my back, and woke up back on my stomach.
