I’m so glad my family didn’t raise me to have an entitled mentality. Nobody has to help you. Nobody has to feel sorry for you. Nobody owes you anything. This is the mindset that literally carries me through life. I expect nothing from no one and I expect everything from MYSELF.

It is hard to match the energy.

I understand that your suppose to put yourself first after a break up but it is so hard to remove yourself from that mindset of you guys arnt together so they have no obligations to talk to you all the time anymore. It is hard to match the energy.
