In the Netherlands, a lot of people have this tradition of gathering around a grill with little pans on them and cooking in company. We call it Gourmetten and it's hard to explain but so fun!

Roast beef, sweet potato casserole, mashed potatoes, bread rolls (my favorite classics from my family Christmas meals) If I picked the menu, it would be more like bread rolls, roast beef, beef stew, French fries, flan, Tiramisu, hot chocolate, marshmallows, and so much more 😋

We split Christmas and Christmas Eve based on heritage Nochebuena (Christmas Eve) we eat Cuban food for my dad’s side of the family 🇨🇺 Christmas Day we eat Polish food for my mom’s side of the family 🇵🇱

Risalamande. Traditional Danish Christmas dessert. It's like a rice pudding thing, stirred with whipped cream, a ton of vanilla, chopped almonds and topped with cherry sauce 🤌🏻🥰
