I went through the tutorial when setting up but it didn't explain actually usage very well. What are the random emojis at the bottom of profiles? How does one deal with long hair

I don't get the heart rewards

You can get hearts to like someone in the "FOR YOU" profiles, by doing some stuff like messaging or posting. I get a notification that i received the hearts but the counter just stays at 0 and there doesn't seem to be any links or ways to ask support or give feedback, anybody know what to do?
