The one thing about being an extreme intellectual INTJ is the curse of knowledge when it comes to practicality. We prefer intellectual stimulation - a meeting of minds, innovators. We often find ourselves having to "dumb" down to the level of other people around us, which is impractical at best, it's not narcissistic, it's because we can only meet eye to eye with those who we creatively share mindsets with the innovators, the inventors, we're creators, visionaries, futurists, we never stop learning, like a book that can never stop being written with thousands of pages. We soak up knowledge like a sponge, and in front of others we are seen differently. (edited)
