An “Alpha Male” is the man or male animal in a particular group who has the most power. A man who tends to take control in social and professional situation. This is a man who has to perform for their social group and will be at war “cognitive dissonance” between providing and supporting his family. For humans, when the social construct shifts and transforms, the Alpha Male must change with it. They're typically stubborn and resistant to feedback. After all, they haven't gotten where they are by being self-reflective or accepting other opinions/ideas. As much as they love talking about accountability, they often fail to see that their own communication style, rather than someone else's shortcomings, is what's creating the roadblock. **I am trying to metamorphose myself into an adaptive social person with a firm foundation in my values “Self awareness, authentic, kind, and self-growth”
