Does anyone else think that the end of the Boku no Hero Academia manga was missing something?

I for one would like to have seen Koichi, the main character of the spin-off (BNHA: Vigilante). Even if it was just making a short cameo in the background giving directions to the civilians or returning a handkerchief to one of the main characters. (edited)
