Been twice to cinema this week, watched Dirty Angels and Den of thieves - Pantera. Seeing that as a serbian was funny

Why, yes, as a matter of fact I did get to meet the great Ernest Borgnine.

Went to the cinema and picked a movie I never heard of, called Seven with Morgan Freeman and Brad Pitt. The old movie was so good I had to applaud which triggered the whole room applauding. Probably my finest moment this year.

The Mirror Andrey Tarkovsky

What a wonderful adaptation and recreation of the original vampire tale. Bill Skarsgard was excellent and Willem Defoe added a level of insanity that was tame enough to fill the role of a mad scientist, who's warnings must be heeded. The camera work on this was amazing, with beautifully framed shots and colour casting to make black and white scenes feel intimate, contrasting against the full colour daylight scenes. A slow burn that haunts the soul until the climactic ending.. 9/10 😱

Where would you rate Batman: Gotham Knight? Feel free to express your thoughts and opinions in the comments.

For me: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. It’s not technically a film, but instead much like 2003’s Animatrix, Gotham Knight is a collection of animated shorts (6 total) of Batman with different animation styles and some are better than others. For the most part though I do enjoy it and I’m happy that Kevin Conroy voices Bruce Wayne/Batman. I’m not going to go through every short, but I’ll at least talk a bit of my favorite one.

Crossfire (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️): Two cops from Lt. Gordon’s unit is transporting a prisoner to Arkham. On the way and heading back both have different feelings about Batman and Gotham that they unintentionally pull into a vacant lot where a turf war is about to go down prompting Batman to step in. While this shows less of Batman the ending it particular with its animation feels so epic and I love Batman’s suit design. If there was a series with this animation I would watch it.

If your a Batman fan, then you’ll like this.
