Day off, Three Movies

It was my day off and I spent it watching three movies, alone. Started with NEVER AFTER DARK, never heard of it and it's amazing! I highly recommend it's a Japanese horror flick. Took a lunch break, alone, per usual, even got dessert! Then I finally watched HENRY PORTRAIT OF A SERIAL KILLER, it… read more

People who watched Obsession and they scared of Nikki, and then feel sorry for Bear... literally Bro, what is wrong with you?

--- He was the one who made a wish on that One Wish Willow! He was the one who lie to his best friends and he let them misunderstood Nikki.

Gone with the wind

I went with my wife to the anniversary edition at the theatre. Amazing movie, first time I ever saw it. The one thing I can't get over is how every character is so deplorable. Scarlett is selfish and manipulative, Rhett is conniving, Ashley strings along Scarlett through the whole movie, selfishly… read more

Resident Evil

Watched Resident Evil, can someone give their opinion. why the obsession with the infected lady that the protagonist Bryan had knocked down. What's your favourite part? For me his unlucky encounter with padlocks with his shooting skills hehehe. PS, it's very annoying when I put up a post and I… (edited) read more

Film #137 Cast Away (2000)

Survival Drama Adventure It's been 26 years and one can still only speculate what if he had opened that box and found something useful: a phone may be or some device to contact the outside world. That said, the film does makes you appreciate things that we take for granted today: Water & Fire My… (edited) read more

Avengers

Avengers

A moment of epiphany 💭

Film #138 The Pianist (2002)

Epic Historical Drama The only mainstream film that could rival Schindler's list in every aspect. No well-known actors (except Brody) and yet such a piercing screenplay and direction My Rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐✨

Those are stick-on-nails…not everything that looks real is real..!! Perfection is too good to be true. 💀

Film #139 Seven Samurai (1954)

Epic Jidaigeki A legendary film from a legendary director. Even after 72 years, this film trumps over modern day ensemble action flick slop that comes out every year! My Rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐✨

Slow burn, But really interesting

Film #140 L.A. Confidential (1997)

Neo-Noir Crime Thriller Another gem from the 90s. It's funny how far behind is Russell Crowe in the poster since he was a relatively new and somewhat chubby actor while Spacey was at his peak. Of course, Crowe's talent, his charming smile and time changed everything. My Rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (edited)

Tomb of a king
