Is the Barbie movie not...kinda depressing?

I'm like halfway in and there is some comedy to it, but the main point seems very much unenjoyable. This definitely couldn't have been meant for kids...right? They got Ueno Station 🚉 completely wrong with the Shinkansen 🚄 also Logan quoted the wrong travelling speed on the bullet train from 10-15 years ago. He’s maybe quoting a current test speed for it. It doesn’t normally travel at 300 mph, definitely not that long ago

Picnic at Hanging Rock (1975)
