As my heart hardened for the last time Lost for you the part that was mine I was at your feet , it was so surreal Then you hurt me and how I feel I realised it was trickery from afar And I needed safety in loving arms Learning how your games were played Dawn and sunrises went that day Needed the imperfect so perfectly Up close so that I could see Vision is so flawed Only seeing the appeal but not the soul Casting vibes that bring the calm In the end you only brought me harm And I want in back so bad But that bridge is burned and it's so sad So when you move on to the next I'm the bad guy just another ex But you broke the pieces and then you left Now my heart left it's so bereft Prison in the mind Relearning trust takes time The arrow split in me And you did it all so easily
