World Poetry Day ЁЯЩВ
I'm supposed to be working, But my mind is in rhyme, Tick, click, clack, As I race against time. To craft my words for World Poetry Day. Each line a delicate dance, Tick, click, clack, In this poetic trance. I thought this poem would speak of war Or perhaps of love that conquers all, But it veers away from the expected lore, Into a different, uncharted call. Tick, click, clack, My fingers keep tapping, At least now I know what I'm good at - It is procrastinating.
