Chocolate caramel breton sablé biscuits.

A cosy baking day! :) Breton sablé for the base, salted caramel and chocolate cremeux, topped with honeycomb toffee, all made from scratch. More complicated than I expected, but turned out rather tasty and quite pretty, I think. :)
