I can work 40 hours over 3 days and get a mini vacation every single week.  It's amazing.

The fact that it is set up w/ an exact layout to a plantation. And the job allocations are very much so, color coordinated. Ppl of lighter shades recieve easier jobs, darker shades  recieve non stop pressed for productivity jobs.
