Cigarettes are a negative in all aspects.

You lose your money by paying for them 
You lose your breathing efficiency 
You start to smell very bad
Your fingers and teeth get yellow
You become addicted to them

Unless the other person is willing to try to quit them, then no.

I have dated a smoker as a non smoker before. I was really clear with him, had to brush his teeth before kissing. It’s awful otherwise.
