I fell off the running wagon for about a month until today. The hardest part is simply lacing up and getting out the door. If I am not feeling it or not doing well, I make sure to at least walk and enjoy my 'me time' and the outdoors. I find that most of the time when I feel like I can only walk I end up running anyhow since I'm out there.
