So I recently learnt about this and it has definitely peeked my interest as someone who sees the world though a more spiritual method. For those that are familiar it is said that the planet gives off a frequency of 7.83 hz which we cannot hear but we feel on some degree. What are peoples thoughts on this and do you think it affects us?

It's not said, it's measured. It's not a rumour, it's fact. Our bodies and spirit respond and can detect different frequencies. Our brains resonate at the sane frequency as the schuman resonance in certain states. We are connected to our home in more ways then we are led to believe. What affects mother earth affects us too in some way. Part of the reason time in nature helps bring balance and grounding to people's lives is because of this effect of harmonising with our home.

Idk really know what this is, but from a principles perspective, I think that changes would matter more than it's fundamental existence. I presume that we would be highly adapted to any effects it has after gazillions of years of evolution stretching back to pre-humanity. Changes could maybe effect life on earth, but I have no idea how you would really measure that, especially across geological time scales.
