Do you use music/sounds to fall asleep, or would they distract you from sleeping, instead? Which sounds and techniques you found help you feel restored the next day? (Other than falling asleep a day earlier than waking up. This is some kind of sorcery or fairy tale, IMHO, "going to sleep early". Kinda like tooth fairy. Definitely not a thing for people chasing dopamine. Like me).
