It is good that you are planning for what to do without getting investors, because one has to show organic growth before even having the possibility of getting investors. Build something simple but stable on your free time and see how people respond to it, because it can take a decade to earn the trust of an audience. Don't wait until launch day to start marketing. Always count on failing the first 100 times, because customers are hard to predict and shy away from unfamiliar brands. Hold your money tight and you might get it all back after many attempts to predict what people are willing to pay for. Even if you have the money to control 95%, you only need 51% of the stocks to control every decision, and you want your partners to be just as vested as you are for the sake of motivation, so start with 20% before taking in investors. If this is a "me project" in terms of ideas or ownership, people you need to succeed are going to leave. Going in alone is doomed to fail eventually when you are burnt out and need a vacation. Something I have not seen yet that would be useful, is a community for people with problems that can post requests for solutions and upvote things they would like solved. Then an AI can take them to a store page for different solutions, or inventors can start making prototypes for them to try.
