Working as IT guy in Poland...

Hey guys I'm just curious a long time ago I was approached by a recruiter trying to recruit me for a job in Katowice. At that time I wasn't really into it and still that is probably the case but things di make me curious like. What is the expected pay range you would get over there? No really impressive certificates or papers but curious to learn. Just don't like to master things. 3 years of experience or so in IT also do programming did web development male mods for games... Whatever . I want to compare because I feel like the housing stuff in Netherland isn't really improving and.. Working for a Microsoft service provider in Netherland at the moment specialised in Windows, Microsoft 365 and Azure as support engineer half a year of experience specialised in this. What would I expect there? And if there's any other countries you would pick in Europe feel free to let me know to. Preferably as support engineer, system engineer, cloud engineer, devops engineer. With that said only companies that do work with Microsoft 365 and Azure as primary services. (edited)
