What kind of tortillas do you like most? What style? :) I love flour tortillas, and it’s easier to get wheat flour here in the Wales. I like thin and tender tortillas, which I think are most popular in northern Mexico? Versus Southern US style which are thicker and fluffier They’re so much better than store bought (and I control the ingredients that go in), and I can make them as big as my biggest pan
