I'm not able to do pilates I had to look into something else. I went to a stretching place this AM & I feel refreshed. It was a combination of a chiropractic appt & a massage with encouragement sprinkled in. I found out that I am very outta shape. I gotta start somewhere! 😊👊🧘‍♀️
