One punch man workout routine

Just started the first day of doing 100 push-ups, a mile run, and my goal of 5 minutes of plank. I know the original routine is supposed to be 100 sit-ups but after some research I have decided to go with doing the plank for many reasons (one being to help my previously injured lower back).
