I like to follow the Rule of St. Seraphim of Sarov. 1. Wake up and I pray 3 Hail Mary's 2. Drink coffee, read verse of the day Bhagavad Gita or Bible 3. Watch the news and pray about problems 4. Work 5. 6 p.m and I pray 3 Hail Mary's 6. Eat dinner 7. Work 8. 10 p.m. pray and sleep. 🍒
