7New breakthrough in fasting hours and weight loss
I made it to 31 hours. I was stuck in a weight loss plateau before, now everything goes well. Lost 2kg in the past two weeks.👏

7I'm back on fasting for weeks
Nothing magical happened with my weight loss. Though, recently I've started eating less sugar, fewer carbs, more protein and healthy fats. Less cravings for junk food and soft drinks.👋 (edited)
