What's the toxic traits in your workplace?

I work at the daycare. Sometimes I feel unappreciated and overwhelmed by the children and the parents. And with my coworkers, there's no one that has my support or to help me out. I feel tired without trying too hard sometimes... Maybe I should find a new job... idk man. I know it is not the same as working in a fast food restaurant or retail store but sometimes I feel 😕 underappreciate and exhausted for the whole day...
