Kiwi marmalade, recipe
Ingredients 4 SERVINGS Kiwi 4 Agar-agar 9 g Water 40 ml Honey to taste Coconut chips to taste Cooking instructions 15 minutes 1. Fruits should be large and ripe. Peel the fruits and cut them into small pieces. 2. Punch the fruits very carefully with a blender to make a smooth puree. 3. Soak the agar-agar briefly in water. 4. Put the fruit puree on a small fire and, stirring, bring to a boil, then add agar-agar to the mass. Cook, stirring, for another 2-3 minutes. To taste, you can add 1 h.l. honey for greater sweetness. 5. Pour the mass into small silicone molds for sweets or into a large mold so that the marmalade layer turns out to be 1.5-2 cm thick. 6. Leave the mass to solidify for 3-4 hours, then carefully remove, cut into cubes and sprinkle with coconut chips. 7. p.s. Since there is no preservative sugar in this marmalade, it is better to store it in the refrigerator.
