Eating only meat and carrots cleared up my psoriasis (usually life-long condition). Also zero cavities after a very long time of not seeing the dentist. Win!

Donuts Day

Today i wanted to surprise my wife making some donuts, it taste amazing with sugar, i made a couple with cinnamon and sugar and its not bad, but clearly is in my top 10

Forgot the grill, a Rock will do

Went to a hike and there were these grill places that we knew about. However, we forgot the grill. We applied the knowledge of so many videos and found some good rocks and cleaned them, got them scorching hot and got some oil on them. My friends these has been the best 🥩 I had in a minute.
