Felt bored and just hit this place called 3 Giovani in Midtown Manhattan. Superb wine and the ravioli was 10-10.

Made some surf n turf, mixed veg, as well as some butter and garlic cheese ravioli. Perfect for this time of year. 😊

Most likely the best meal I can make. Its really cheap and I end up finding something I can add to it that brings more flavor and makes it more filling.

Made a great sauce for this ravioli with chicken, made from bellpepper, tomatoes, red onion, garlic and other spices and herbs.little spicy but smooth in texture and creamy with the added creme fraiche. Cooked some chorizo crispy for on the ruccola aswell which was a nice touch to it all.

This always comes out amazing. I added and changed so much in this. Next time, I'm gonna make the pasta sause for more control over the sodium content.
