Made myself a Sunday Dinner

Used sweet potato chunks to make a mash with butter, sausages, honey roasted parsnips (little too roasted as a friend knocked whilst cooking), baby carrots, green beans, broccoli 🥦, Yorkshire puddingsss and gravy made with beef granules, veg water, mint sauce 😋

These were so yummy! I lined pillsbury cresent dough in cupcake liners then put in a slice of provolone cheese, a slice of ham and dropped an egg in each. I used extra large eggs from costco which was a messy mistake. I would suggest small eggs. Then cook at 350° until golden brown! Yummy! Next... read more

Actually, the one with ranch sauce and sausage was delicious and crispy. But the one with roasted peppers and olive oil was spicy. Classic tomato toast.
