Today I had pho for the first time. I had to ask how to add the garnish. It was embarrassing but the meal was worth it. Sometimes you have to be brave and ask for help.

Fun Fact : French and Chinese roots: The soup likely started during French colonial rule when local vendors used discarded beef bones inspired by the French beef stew pot-au-feu, combined with Chinese flat rice noodles these 2 nations can work together to make a lovely food.Why not us together 😋

Legit from scratch bone broth. Took over a day to make but damn good. Made some homemade chili crisp to add a little heat too.

A lonely day with Seafood pho, jasmine lemonade ice tea with honey. I absolutely love foods! Tay ho is an absolute gem and one of my most favorite places to go if its super cold. Leftovers are amazing as well especially if I come down with a cold, it perks me right up. 🥲
