Lamb chops, Mac n cheese and corn dip for dinner

Nice and full from an amazing dinner. Lamp chops with massive amounts of salt, pepper, butter dust and then mesquite butter on top before baking. Good ol Mac n cheese and then corn dip. Yummy and filling. (edited)

Some of the different curries I have cooked, beef, chicken, lamb and prawn.

Dinner

Minted lamb steaks, on a bed of baby leaf and couscous, with mushrooms, steamed brocoli and carrots.

Dinner prep done.

Got an onion and mushroom sauce up top left. Potatoes soaking in a paprika and chive brine solution, top right. And the lamb chops are bathing in a paprika, tomato & chive sauce.
