Chicken & Waffles

Had the best Chicken & Waffles of my life at Keg & Egg in Wilmington, NC. Fried Chicken covered the whole waffle, bacon bits, candied pecans, powdered sugar & maple syrup.

Ok! Hear me out! Hood fried rice version 2. The shrimp was fried in bacon grease and a in my cast iron. It has shallots,spring onion, lots of ginger and enough garlic to choke a donkey!

I think I'm going crazy.

Double cordon bleu, double egg, three types of cheese, three bun burger, a pack of bacon & other stuff.. It barely fit in the tiny oven, or my mouth. Needed a chopstick to stabilise the structure.
