Snacking,drink, Netflix before I go to lala land. Biltong my all time favorite snack ofcourse because I am South African🇿🇦

New batch

Just hung this new batch of biltong yesterday. I put additional coriander seeds and black pepper on it before hanging. Yes, I'm curing it in the closet again.

I feel sick, I made soup

And it's really good. I got biltong but it wasn't very good, not very seasoned but the meat was of good quality. Adding it to the soup was basically like adding bouillon, coupled with some chilli oil I feel better already
