You need to prepare cold water and ice. And make ramen and wash noodle in ice water I love to eat washed korea spicy ramen so much

I usually get a couple of the black spicy noodle pots in for quick and easy after very late/early morning shifts but I guess they didn't have them in so I've got one of these instead for Supper 🍗🍜

One of my favorite soup is veggie. Everything is just a variation on tofu haha. Lentil filled fried wonton, mushrooms, fried tofu skin, fried tofu cubes, tofu meat 😆
