Absolute comfort food, definitely in this chilly weather. 😊 it's not aesthetically pleasing unless you garnish it up but not necessary.

Just got lunch.
Steamed and pressed bananas in banana leaves “matooke”, cornmeal “posho/ugali”, rice, cassava, sweet potato, vegetables “French beans” and sauce: groundnuts stew.

Have you ever tried this Brazilian food called Cuzcuz?
Cuscuz is made from cornmeal that is coarse and unprocessed. It is steamed and served with coconut milk. Coconut milk lends a delicate flavor to the cuscuz 😋
