(Nutritivo, sabroso y fácil de preparar para dos días) Ingredientes (para 2 días) 250 g de carne de res (cortada en trozos pequeños) 200 g de lentejas (remojadas por al menos 4 horas) 1 zanahoria (cortada en rodajas) 1/2 apio (picado) 1 cebolla grande (picada) 2 dientes de ajo (picados) 1 papa mediana (cortada en cubos) 1 puñado de hierbas silvestres (como diente de león, ortiga o perejil) 1 cucharada de manteca de cerdo (o aceite de oliva) 1 cucharadita de comino 1 cucharadita de pimentón dulce Sal y pimienta al gusto 1 litro de caldo de res (casero o natural) 1 cucharada de vinagre de manzana (para mejorar la digestión) --- Preparación 1. Saltear los ingredientes base: En una olla grande, calentar la manteca de cerdo. Sofreír la cebolla y el ajo hasta que estén dorados. Agregar la carne y cocinar por unos minutos hasta que se dore por todos lados. 2. Cocinar las lentejas y vegetales: Añadir las lentejas escurridas, la zanahoria, el apio y la papa. Condimentar con comino, pimentón, sal y pimienta. Agregar el caldo de res y llevar a ebullición. 3. Cocción a fuego lento: Reducir el fuego y cocinar a fuego bajo por 40-50 minutos, hasta que las lentejas y la carne estén tiernas. 4. Finalizar con hierbas silvestres: Justo antes de servir, agregar las hierbas silvestres picadas y el vinagre de manzana. Sugar-free yogurt, with some chia seeds, walnuts, blueberries🫐 and banana🍌. Love the natual sweetness from fruits!😋 and the probiotics from yogurt are very good for guts.
