When did you first like the horror genre?
I’ve seen a lot of Q’s of people’s recent favorite, but what started the train for you? For me, it was picking up and reading Junji Ito’s book Uzumaki in the bookstore. It was... *mesmerizing*

I was maybe 6 or 7. I walked own the hall from my bedroom to the living room, saw the scene in The Shining where they go into the church and it's all skeletons and the skeleton turns. Scared the he'll out of me, but then started watching other movies and getting a little power over the fear and learned to like the thrills and anxiety they brought in a good way. Also ironically same situation parents watching Salems lot and the kids dead brother comes back as a vampire scratching on the window with his finger. I had a tree out side my window that sometimes made the same noise when the window blew.

4D Man (1959)
4D Man is a sci-fi/drama/horror movie. A pretty common combination at that time. It was a proven formula - science gone wrong produces something monstrous, with some romantic conflict thrown in so they could pad the film's run time. What were your thoughts on Bloodlines?
I loved it. My friend and I were giddy with excitement coming out of the theater. It was so good! I lived everything about it. I even have to say it was my favorite of the franchise.
