Well ... I cannot help much from where I am.
But I can tell you this :
You can choose what you are focusing on.
You can take 2 short minutes :
Breathing in and out, profoundly, slowly, calmly. 
Doing so, thinking within yourself:
"I am peaceful. Whatever life put on my path, I will be peaceful, polite, respectful. Whatever may happens".

And on the other side, there’s little to no effort coming back.

That’s when you realize something important: communication isn’t just about language. It’s about willingness. Two people don’t need perfect words to connect they just need equal intention.

So if you find yourself being the only one trying, it’s okay to stop.

Not out of anger.  
Not out of pride.  
But out of respect for your own energy.

Let the conversation go where it wants to go even if that means letting it fade. The world is full of people who will meet you halfway, people who will try just as hard to understand you as you try to understand them.

And sometimes, instead of forcing a connection, the best thing you can do is leave the door open… and walk forward.

Because the right conversations don’t feel like you’re carrying them alone.

Sometimes you really want to talk to someone, and even when there’s a language barrier, you still try.

Working, traveling and shopping too, lol.
