Just wanna say a quick thing before I zonk out for the night. I have been dating since I was 16, and since DAY ONE I have had the same idea in my head for dates: a Lord of the Rings marathon. It is so ingrained in my head that I have to remind myself it's not a good first date choice when asking dates out. Y'all, you have no clue how hard it is to get far enough into dating someone to ask "Hey, you wanna just sit and watch the Lord of the Rings movies" when everyone in my area that's my age wants to go out, have a night on the town, go to clubs, bars, etc. REJECT MODERNITY. EMBRACE MIDDLE-EARTH.
