What do psychopaths lack from usual people and why are they like this? Answer: in case you didnt know, psychopaths lack the ability to feel remorse , guilt or empathy, or any feelings in general, if they do feel feelings, they re very defused, barely there. Do you wonder why? It's because, besides having some other parts of the brain that work differently, their amygdala is mutated, meaning that the component in their brain that has to do with recognising feelings and feeling them, doesnt really work in the usual way, which makes them not feel it.
