For all the experts out there, does depression really goes away? Or you just learn to handle it? Same with panic attacks? ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค” I just think it's really hard to understand and to be there for those who suffer those conditions ๐Ÿ™ not trying to be rude, lucky me I don't have any of those problems

I think that if you've genuinely been in a deep depression its easier to slip in/out of that state and you're more susceptible to it. Panic attacks can be managed within reason but life is life some things are out of your control. New triggers and trauma can occur. Self awareness is really the key to all of this. Know yourself well enough to do your best to avoid getting into a depressive state.
