When going down the street I normally come across this older lady who normally walks her little fluffy Pomeranian not sure if boy or girl just that it's FLUFFY ! and I just don't know how to ask her like ( is that puffy cloud going to have puppies at any point cause I want one ) 😅😅 (edited)

I just got her today, her owner seemed to know what breed she was just said she has shots,gave a dog bowl and some food that's it, I tried Google I got some kind of poodle breed but don't know which one .any ideas?
